At a distance of 150 metres from the Mezzaluna battery, in the direction of Capo di Milazzo, we find the Sant'Andrea battery of equal size, so called because it is located right opposite the small church of the same name, now almost unrecognisable. The battery is coeval with the previous one. The fortification, which only stands out for its characteristic layout, is now a small square that also houses a votive icon dedicated to Sant'Andrea, with plants and trees and a fountain with drinking water; a small oasis just a few metres from the sea.
